PayPerPost

Ive been trying to sign up here. Coz im desperately in need of cash. My mother has been short in money coz my Grandpa is ill and my mom has to pay for his medical bills. (which is very expensive, by the way). So, approaching mom for money is not a good idea. Thats why im trying to subscribe for PayPerPost. I really think its going to help me a lot. BUT! I do have several problems. I dont have a PayPal, and i dont know how to avail one. HAHA! (:

Man, i asked my Mom to get a PayPal. All she asnwered was... "I think you need a credit card for that". Where am i going to find a credit card FOR ME?! Ayayay! Anyways, ive been searching the net, reading reviews etc, if they can send the money through Western Union and/or LBC express. But, still, i have to get started and oriented here in blogspot for i'll be using this "new" blog if ever ill be signing up for PayPerPost.
