Since the first day of school, i started having eyebags. It looks so awful. I guess its because im too stressed. Too many homeworks, too many subjects to study, and too many jazz practises. Im trying to juggle my time with school,extra curricular activities, family & friends. But now, i dont have to think about a lot of things since its summer. So ill be really glad if this "bags" would go away. I was thinking if they have this oil or ointment or something. And according to my aunt, i could slice the cucumber into 2 thin slices and put it above me eyes (while they are closed ofcourse!). but what i think i really need is sleep! HAHA. I'll be trying everything so that my eyes would look dazzling when i go out of the beach :)

Ever since the first day of SY 2007-2008, i've been sleeping very late. Like, 12 or 1AM. And not because i was trying to pull an all-nighter but because of using the net or watching tv. I should really stop this habit coz its not good for me and my health and plus, it might affect my studies. Everytime that happens, i'd get really draggy eyebags the next day and wound up cranky, uneasy, and tired. But i realized that this is all wrong, And that i need to stop. I learned that if you dont get any adequate zzz's, it can increase my risk of a heart disease or cancer and the most dreaded, THE GAINING OF WEIGHT. So since im planning to make a new lifestyle by sleeping early or getting enough sleep, i should make my bedroom more comfortable. Add more pillows to my bed, buy soothing CD's that has soothing music for me to put to sleep. Good idea,right? HEHE. Happy zzz-ing, you guys!

Are big brains smarter?

Well, i got the subject from Yahoo!news. So, yes, i shall credit Yahoo for giving me this idea :) .

First of all, If this were true, then perhaps big-headed people wouldn't be so pea-brained.
People think that people who have bigger brains are smarter than pea brains (or whatever you want to call it ;p). Even scientists are still debating about intelligence and so. But the only thing they agree on is that a big brain alone doesn't equate with smarts. If it did, elephants and sperm whales would win all the spelling bees. HAHA! Scientists doesnt measure the capability of the brain through its size. Rather, they measure their brain mass relative to body mass in order to make any speculation about a creature's cognitive abilities. Brain size has nothing to do with scores on standardized intelligence tests, according to a brain-scan study of young children. So, you should probably not take "YOUR A BIG HEADED" statement as a compliment, ok? It doesnt matter coz were all equal! :D

summer badminton clinic

Since last Monday, I've been training badminton. Im only joining the clinic coz my uncle's the coach or trainor. And, ofcourse, because i want to learn the basic skills of this sport. Its quite fun too. Ill surely get a hang of it. And plus, coach said im getting better everyday...and not because im his niece or whatever. haha.

Weight Loss for Teens

From the first week of summer, i have been "bloated". I have gained weight. and a lot of weight. My tummy has gone way bigger than before. And i think i know why. I never eat vegetables nor fruits. I only eat fruits when im in the mood or something. But i havent eaten a vegetable since,what, kindergarten? Thats how much i hate veggies. I think the last time i ate one, i ended up vomitting. Oh my! Its my only answer to a healthy body! But how will i do it? So, as usual, i searched it on the net and found this site. Although i still have to eat healthy, atleast there's some tips that'll be very helpful during my diet. I do hope i lose weight by this method. And i promise ill start eating vegetables :). Anne Collins, you better be right!

Ive been trying to sign up here. Coz im desperately in need of cash. My mother has been short in money coz my Grandpa is ill and my mom has to pay for his medical bills.
